Our company has its own Monitoring Center which, during working hours, performs continuous supervision of systems and technologies implemented by our customers.
Remote system monitoring supervises the functionality and accuracy of data transmission between the IMS and a specific device in order to ensure its trouble-free and reliable operation.
Its most significant added value includes immediate fault detection and proactive notification of the customer about the fault occurrence.
Scope of activities
Performing remote supervision and monitoring of IMS functionality in order to ensure its reliable and trouble-free operation
Telephone support of the Monitoring Centre analyst on working days from 7:00 to 15:30 / according to SLA conditions agreed
System failure diagnostics
Rectifying faults / failures remotly, if possible
Providing notifications and alarm messages to client´s responsible persons via e-mail or SMS message
Off-hour monitoring using automatically generated alarms
Providing confirmation of sending email reports to the client
