The Hardware Care service is a specific set of activities provided within premium services. The activities are connected with diagnostics and repair of the client’s hardware infrastructure at the place of installation and under SLA conditions agreed.
The activities are focused on the comprehensive care of the equipment and hardware infrastructure of the measurement system in order to ensure its reliable and continuous operation.
The service allows you to diagnose and repair faults on equipment in a timely manner, thus preventing system outages, minimising the risk of losses caused by data outages or power outages.
Scope of activities
Remote repair of the system, if technically possible
Arranging interventions of technicians with the possibility to specify the fault rectification time under (SLA) conditions agreed
Providing equipment diagnostics and equipment repairs (included in the price)
Ensuring the transport of the technician to the place of fault occurence (included in the price)
Telephone support of the service center analyst
Replacing hardware at the installation site, if unrepairable
