About
Through the Legislative Data Reporting service, we ensure the fulfillment of legal obligations arising from the currently valid legislation in the field of energy and renewable energy sources, such as:
Act no. 251/2012 Coll. on Energy and amending certain Acts
Decree of the Office for Regulation of Network Industries no. 24/2013 Coll.
Decree of the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic no. 358/2013 Coll.
Act no. 157/2018 Coll. on metrology and amending certain Acts
Act no. 309/2009 Coll. on the support of renewable energy sources
Scope of activities
Performing automated provision of required data for Eligible Recipients in accordance with applicable legislation
Performing remote reading, processing and storage of data for reporting to Authorized Recipients (OKTE, SEPS, RDS, URSO)
Reports of the production plan and the actual measured values of electricity production and consumption to the Authorized Recipient within the set deadlines and to the extent according to the valid legislation
Control of sending data to Authorized Recipients (OKTE, SEPS, RDS)
Guaranteed entry into the information system of Authorized Recipients
Advice and assistance on administrative matters relating to legislative requirements
Manual sending of replacement data to the information system of Authorized Recipients in the event of a system failure
Retention of data specified by related laws, decrees and operating regulations of Eligible Recipients
